The 24V brake caliper high-temperature warning controller manufactured by Xiamen Jiedeng Factory is the core control unit of the commercial vehicle warning system. It can accurately identify the high-temperature situation of the drag brakes and has the functions of self-detection of faults and dual-end alarm. When the warning is triggered, it can trigger auxiliary braking to reduce the load and control the temperature. The entire machine can be installed without modifying the original vehicle structure. It is suitable for pre-production and post-production modifications.

The 24V brake caliper high-temperature warning controller of model RXJD-RT-04 supplied by Xiamen Jiedeng is the core control unit of the entire system. The hardware can be compatible with 2 to 10 temperature measurement signal inputs and is suitable for a wide range of commercial vehicles including double-axle, triple-axle, articulated vehicles, construction waste trucks, and buses. The body structure is compact and is specially designed for the size of vehicle electrical compartments. There is no need to modify the original vehicle structure. It can be directly matched and used for both factory pre-installation and aftermarket market installation.

Monitoring and Early Warning

1. It can quickly aggregate various temperature measurement signals and accurately identify abnormal high temperatures of the brake calipers caused by vehicle dragging brakes or frequent braking;
2. It supports manual setting of the warning temperature at the site, with a adjustable range of 60℃ to 120℃. The factory default is 90℃;
3. When the temperature exceeds the limit, it can simultaneously connect with the instrument and the host to achieve dual-end alarm reminders;
4. It has an intelligent self-check function, automatically identifying circuit breakers and short-circuit faults;
5. It can predict potential risks in advance, effectively avoiding safety risks such as brake overheating and vehicle fire.

Auxiliary Braking

When the high-temperature warning is triggered, the controller immediately outputs a control signal, which activates the stepper motor to start the auxiliary braking mechanism.
Effectively share the braking load of vehicles, slow down the heating rate of the brake calipers, prevent the brake pads from aging too quickly, prevent the brake fluid from failing due to high temperature, and avoid a decrease in braking force. It is particularly suitable for mountainous areas and long downhill roads, enhancing driving safety.
