Item PSC-010 Intelligent Automatic Drainage ECU, which is specially designed by Xiamen Jiedeng Machinery in China for electronic control drainage valves, heavy trucks, and semi-trailers.

It features an aluminum alloy casing, demonstrating excellent shock resistance, heat dissipation, dust proof, and corrosion resistance properties, capable of adapting to harsh vehicle operating conditions ranging from -20°C to +100°C.

This product is powered by 18V to 36V direct current and supports 8 control channels. It also includes short-circuit and open-circuit fault detection functions, with a protection level of IP5X. It is equipped with comprehensive control logic, including automatic drainage, temperature-linked heating, and forced drainage.

As a manufacturer with comprehensive design ability, our product is also equipped with a working indicator light, flashing code light, and fault light, facilitating quick fault diagnosis. The controller operates stably and is easy to maintain, effectively ensuring the safety of the vehicle's air circulation drainage system.

This controller is manufactured with an aluminum alloy casing, featuring outstanding structural strength and heat dissipation performance. This trailer intelligent drainage valve controller can operate stably even in complex vehicle environments (including long-term vibration, bumps, and alternating high and low temperatures).

The aluminum alloy casing not only effectively resists impacts and collision damage, but also quickly dissipates the heat generated by the internal components during operation, preventing high temperatures from affecting the control accuracy.

At the same time, it has excellent dustproof and corrosion-resistant properties, significantly enhancing the overall durability and service life, making it highly suitable for long-term reliable use in the harsh working conditions of trailers.

Drainage Logic

The heavy truck intelligent drainage valve controller is equipped with a dedicated drainage logic specifically designed for heavy trucks, integrating automatic drainage, heating control, and forced drainage functions. The details are as follows:

Drainage Description

When the vehicle key switch is in the "ON" position:

① When the temperature t° > 3℃, a drainage cycle is executed immediately;
② When the temperature t° ≤ 3℃, no power-on or drainage cycle will be executed.

When the key switch is in the "OFF" position:

① When the temperature t° > 3℃, a drainage cycle is executed immediately;
② When the temperature t° ≤ 3℃, no power-off drainage will be executed.

Drainage Interval:

Valve 1: Once every 30 minutes
Valves 2 to 8: Once every 2 hours
Single Drainage Duration: 2 seconds

Heating Description

After powering on after the key switch is in the "ON" position:
When t° ≤ 3℃, the heating output is activated;
When t° ≥ 5℃, the heating output stops.
When powering on after the key switch is in the "ON" position, when t° > 3℃, the heating output remains inactive.

Forced Drainage Description

Press and hold the forced drainage button to activate forced drainage;
Release the button to immediately stop forced drainage.

Fault Diagnosis

On the panel of the air tank auto drain valve controller, there are operation indicator lights, flashing code indicator lights, and fault indicator lights. When the equipment malfunctions, these indicator lights will turn on or flash, allowing for quick and preliminary fault diagnosis based on the light status.
