The intelligent drainage control system manufactured by Xiamen Jiedeng is compatible with 24V DC vehicle voltage. The constant power and heating configurations are equipped with 10A fuses, and the key power is equipped with a 5A fuse. The wiring harness uses tin-plated thin-walled copper wire, with a protection level of IP67. The drainage valve is installed according to the M22×1.5 thread, and the controller needs to be placed in a waterproof, dustproof and easily maintainable area.
The controller is equipped with CAN-H and CAN-L communication interfaces, which can be connected to the Controller Area Network to achieve signal intercommunication. It synchronously receives signals such as vehicle operating conditions, key ON position, and handbrake status, and based on the driving and parking status, locks the drainage logic. During driving, it closes the drainage protection of the vehicle's braking air pressure.
It is compatible with both high-effective and low-effective handbrake signal modes, and is adaptable to the electrical definitions of different vehicle models. When the vehicle is not in the state of applying the handbrake during driving, the system forcibly locks all drainage valves to prevent any movement and eliminate the risk of pressure leakage during driving;
When the handbrake is pulled and the vehicle enters the parking state, the drainage permission is automatically unlocked, and the multi-channel drainage valves start operating according to the preset sequence. This not only ensures the safety of vehicle driving braking but also enables automatic drainage in the parking state, achieving a balance between safety and practicality.
The system features an external resettable forced drainage toggle switch, serving as a separate manual control channel from the automatic program. Pressing the switch will immediately start the simultaneous drainage and exhaust of multiple drainage valves, and releasing the button will stop the operation immediately. The operation is simple and sensitive.
It is mainly applicable to scenarios such as daily vehicle maintenance, manual exhaust of pipelines, and emergency drainage in special conditions. The manual mode operates independently and does not interfere with the original automatic control logic.
When the vehicle key is set to the "ON" position, the controller automatically conducts individual self-checks on the 8-way drainage valves. A flashing code light alarm mechanism is employed, where the number of flashes precisely corresponds to the short circuit, open circuit faults of each valve body, and the temperature sensing fault can also be constantly illuminated for prompt indication, facilitating rapid troubleshooting.
