Xiamen Jiedeng Construction Machinery Drain Valve has undergone comprehensive reliability validation, strictly following the GB/T 2423 series national standards—subjected to 24 hours each at -40°C and 80°C for high-low temperature testing, as well as 96 hours of neutral salt spray testing.
A monthly terminal pull-force sampling inspection mechanism has been established. Multiple tests were monitored and recorded in real time throughout the process, with no abnormalities detected in electrical performance, sealing, or appearance.
All specifications meet requirements, enabling compatibility with various commercial vehicles such as mining trucks, loaders, and semi-trailers under complex and harsh operating conditions.
Our construction machinery drain valve DC24V can withstand a load and pass the 24-hour test under -40℃ low temperature and 24-hour test under 80℃ humidity. The pressure drop is ≤ 60kPa, and the insulation resistance is ≥ 100MΩ.
After 96 hours of 5% salt spray, there is no rust or leakage. The average pull force of the terminals per month is 110.3N, which is higher than the 70N qualified threshold. The crimping structure is stable, and there is no risk of breakage or air leakage during long-term use.

Test results:
1. 25 time points were monitored throughout the test process. The product's working condition was all normal, without jamming or air leakage.
2. After the test, the product's appearance had no damage, the adhesive bonding had no detachment or cracking.
3. Working pressure drop ≤ 60kPa, not more than 3 times the standard state, meeting the standard requirements.
Function test: Valve opening/closing is normal, heating function is normal, qualified determination

Sample Condition: JD-DDPS-004 type electrically controlled drain valve, rated voltage DC24V, operating under load
Test Conditions: Test Temperature 80℃ ± 2℃, Relative Humidity 90%RH, Duration 24 hours, Power-on operation for 2 seconds per hour
Test Environment: Laboratory Temperature 26.2℃, Relative Humidity 59%RH
Testing Time Points: Continuous 24 hours, Record working status once per hour
Test Results:
1. 25 time points were monitored throughout the test process. The product's working condition was all normal, with no air leakage or coil burnout.
2. After the test, the product's appearance was not deformed, the coating did not fall off, and the sealing parts did not age and stick together.
3. Insulation Resistance ≥ 100 MΩ, Withstand Voltage Test AC500V/1min without breakdown
Function Test: Valve operation was normal, sealing performance was good, and it was judged as qualified
Details of the salt spray test for the air tank drain valve of the semi-trailer truck:
Test equipment: Precision salt spray test chamber
Number of samples: 5 JD-DDPS-004 finished products
Test conditions:
Sodium chloride solution concentration: 5% ± 0.1%, pH value 6.5 - 7.2
Laboratory temperature: 35℃ ± 1℃, saturated bucket temperature 47℃ ± 1℃
Compressed air pressure: 1.00 ± 0.01 kgf/cm²
Spray volume: 1 - 2 mL/(80cm²·h)
Sample placement angle: 15° - 30° from the vertical direction
Test duration: Continuous spray for 96 hours
Test time: Total 96 hours
Post-treatment: After the test, gently rinse the salt deposits on the sample surface with ≤ 35℃ flowing clean water, and leave it to air dry for 2 hours before checking
Test results:
The metal shells, threads, and connectors of all 5 samples showed no rust, oxidation, or coating detachment.
Sealing performance test: No leakage under 1.0 MPa pressure for 30 seconds
Electrical performance test: Insulation resistance, coil resistance, and action function were all normal
Final determination: All qualified, meeting the requirements for use in coastal high-salt spray areas
Details of the compressed air tank autodrain for trucks tensile test:
Test equipment: Digital tensile testing machine, accuracy ±1%
Test purpose: To verify the stability of the terminal connection quality of the wiring harness, and to ensure that no terminal loosening or wire breakage occurs during vehicle use
Test frequency: Monthly 1-time random sampling test, 5 finished products are selected each time, and 4 connection terminals are tested for each one
Test conditions:
Wiring harness specification: 0.5mm² multi-strand copper core automotive wire
Strip length: 4 ± 0.5mm
Pressing equipment: Numerical control terminal pressing machine, AMP-specific molds
Tensile speed: 50mm/min, uniform tensile until the terminal separates from the wire
Judgment criteria: Tensile force ≥ 70N is qualified, and the fracture position should be on the wire rather than at the pressing point

Test conclusion: The tensile force values at the 20 test points ranged from 101.9N to 119.6N, with an average value of 110.3N. This far exceeded the standard requirement of 70N, and all cases were wire breakage rather than loosening at the crimping points. The crimping quality was stable and reliable.
