The truck condition in commercial vehicles is the most demanding. It involves heavy loads, bumpy rides, high pressure and high frequency gas usage, which sets extremely high standards for the pressure resistance, vibration resistance, corrosion prevention and sealing performance of the gas storage cylinder.
And our product is specifically designed to meet the high standards of trucks, following the QC/T-200-2015 industry standard. It is made of 5083 aluminum alloy, with a stable structure, excellent pressure resistance and sealing performance, and is resistant to bumps and does not deform or leak.

When heavy trucks are heavily loaded, the air pressure in the system fluctuates violently. Cracks and leaks caused by insufficient pressure resistance will directly lead to brake failure.
Our 3513GZQ-030 type air reservoir has undergone all pressure resistance and sealing tests in strict accordance with the QC/T 200-2015 standard, and all indicators have met the requirements.
In terms of pressure resistance strength, after blocking all the exhaust outlets, a medium with 5 times the rated working pressure (5.0 MPa) is introduced and the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes.
Before and after the test, the circumferential length of the tank is measured at more than 3 points around the tank.
The permanent deformation along the circumferential direction is far below the standard limit of 1%, and there are no cracks or bulges on the tank.
In terms of sealing performance, a 0.5-level precision pressure measurement device is adopted, and the measurement circuit volume is controlled within 450 to 500 mL.
Compressed air at 1.5 times the rated working pressure (1.5 MPa) is introduced, and after standing still for 2 minutes, the 10-minute pressure drop is recorded.
Each sample is tested three times in total and the average value is taken. The final pressure drop is far lower than the standard requirement of 0.75 kPa, and it is completely capable of withstanding the pressure shock from heavy trucks under long-term heavy load.

Our 3513GZQ-030 type air storage cylinder has undergone all-round corrosion resistance tests in accordance with the QC/T 200-2015 standard and is fully compatible with extreme mining scenarios.
The test strictly followed the standard procedure to prepare the samples, and conducted the neutral salt spray test in accordance with GB/T 10125: the outer surface was sprayed continuously for 48 hours, and the inner surface was sprayed continuously for 96 hours.
Final test results: The unilateral corrosion spread length at the scratch site is much less than the standard limit of 3mm. There are no corrosion spots or blistering phenomena in the non-scratch area.
It can effectively resist dust from the mine, acid and alkali corrosion, as well as salt fog erosion in coastal mining areas, significantly extending the service life of the gas storage cylinder and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
