When you step on the pedal, the air passage is activated, delivering compressed air to the wheels to achieve deceleration and braking; when you release the pedal, the air is quickly released, and the brakes are immediately deactivated.
The deeper you step and the higher the air pressure, the stronger the braking force will be. Lightly press and slow down the braking, and firmly press for a quick stop. The braking will be smooth without any jolts or abruptness.
It is equipped with two independent air circuits. In case of leakage or malfunction in one circuit, the other circuit can still perform braking functions normally, preventing direct failure and significantly enhancing driving safety.
Suitable for loaders, light to heavy trucks, buses, and engineering vehicles. Supports stable braking under heavy loads, climbing slopes, and complex road conditions on construction sites.
Maintain the air pressure at 0.784 MPa. When it reaches 0.8 MPa, it will automatically unload and shut down to prevent the pipeline from bursting due to excessive pressure and to avoid the vehicle from stalling due to insufficient pressure. The entire process is automatically pressure-stabilized.
The air produced by the air compressor is contaminated with oil, water and dust. However, it is all filtered out and it can also automatically drain water and oil to prevent the pipelines from rusting, freezing and causing valve components to get stuck.
It is equipped with a built-in heat dissipation structure, which cools the compressed air and protects the rear brake valve, air reservoir, and foot brake valve from being damaged by high temperatures.
When the air pressure exceeds the limit, it will automatically release the pressure, providing safety protection and preventing the air path components from being damaged due to overloading.

Aluminum alloy valve body, capable of handling both air pressure and oil circuits. It can be used in engineering vehicles, loaders, and heavy trucks' braking systems.
The two air intakes are respectively connected to two independent braking air circuits / two air storage cylinders. Whichever side has air pressure and the higher pressure, it will automatically supply air from that side to the outlet to supply air to the braking system.
The two circuits are isolated from each other, so there will be no gas leakage or interference between them.
The gas can only flow in the braking direction and cannot reverse; maintain the pressure in the gas line to prevent pressure loss and ensure the brakes do not become weak.
One of the air lines is leaking, malfunctioning or has no air pressure. The other line, however, can supply air independently and will not cause the entire vehicle's braking system to fail suddenly. This design perfectly suits the dual-line braking safety system of commercial vehicles.
Installed at the exterior ventilation position, it precisely senses the actual ambient temperature and is not affected by the heat source in the cabin, making the temperature measurement more accurate.
It is equipped with a high-precision thermistor. As the temperature changes, it outputs the corresponding resistance signal, which is then reliably transmitted to the vehicle electronic control unit, dryer, and drainage valve controller.
Precisely provide the numerical values of the low-temperature environment, and offer temperature measurement reference data to the back-end control system, so that the system can determine whether it has entered the anti-freezing condition.
