The Intelligent manager for air tank pressure source can automatically adjust the working pressure of the air braking pipeline and control the unloading operation. It can filter impurities, automatically remove oil and water, cool the system, and provide overload safety protection. It is equipped with a tire inflation connector, making it convenient to inflate tires at any time.

It is suitable for loaders and other vehicles. It can block harmful impurities, dissipate heat, and has an automatic oil-water separation structure, which can effectively extend the service life and durability.

This device integrates the unloading valve, intake air treatment component, exhaust gas filter, and exhaust gas filter. The intake port of the unloading valve is connected to the intake air treatment device; the outlet is connected to the exhaust gas filter, and the exhaust port is connected to the exhaust gas filter.

A radiator is installed above the intake air unit, which is built into the air filter and installed below the automatic drainage valve. The automatic drainage valve is installed at the upper intake end of the exhaust gas filter.

Assembly Instructions
