※ Ultra-thin built-in installation structure: The 24V DC solenoid drain valve innovatively adopts a built-in electromagnetic valve design. The total assembly's exposed thickness is only 10mm. Compared to the traditional drainage valve with a structure protruding 30-50mm from the chassis, it completely solves the industry pain points of low-chassis buses and buses having poor passability and being prone to damage from road obstacles. The valve body uses M22×1.5/M32×1.5 standard air reservoir threads, and the installation is highly interchangeable. ※ IP68 high protection design: The valve body is entirely protected by encapsulation and sealing rings. The electromagnetic coil is completely sealed inside the valve. Technical Advantages

※ Adhesive High-Efficiency Heating Technology: A 24V electronic air tank valve independently developed PTC constant temperature heating module with a heating power of 6.4W, maintaining a constant heating temperature within 80℃ ± 5℃. The heating element is installed in an embedded manner closely attached to the water path of the valve body, increasing the heat conduction efficiency by over 40%. In an extreme low temperature environment of -40℃, it can completely melt the ice inside the valve body within 5 minutes, achieving rapid drainage and effectively resolving the stubborn problem of frozen and inoperable drainage valves in northern winters.

※ Multi-Layer Composite Sealing Technology: A dual sealing structure of radial sealing and end face sealing is adopted. Process quality control

The Heated automatic drain valve is monitored in real time during the manufacturing process.

FAI system: After each shift startup, mold change, or material change, a first-piece inspection must be conducted. The operator performs self-inspection, the team leader conducts re-inspection, and the quality inspector carries out specialized inspection. Only after confirming that dimensions, performance, and appearance are all qualified can mass production proceed.

Process Inspection: Quality inspectors conduct inspections every two hours on critical processes, recording process parameters such as crimping pressure, dispensing torque, and assembly dimensions, and immediately stop the machine for adjustment upon detecting any abnormalities.

Terminal crimp control: Utilize CNC terminal crimping machines with real-time monitoring of crimp pressure and crimp height maintained within 1.2±0.1 mm; conduct destructive tensile tests on terminals monthly to ensure consistent crimp quality.

100% gas tightness full inspection: After each product is assembled, a 30-second air tightness test is conducted under a pressure of 1.0 MPa. If the pressure drop is ≤ 0.01 MPa, it is considered qualified. This ensures that no leaking products are released.

Power-on operation test: For each product, a DC24V power-on operation test is conducted. The response time for valve opening/closing is ≤ 0.5 seconds, and the operation is smooth without any jamming.
