This Intelligent Drainage Controller (model: RXPSECU-07-A1) is directly manufactured by the Jiedeng factory and is the core component of the intelligent drainage control system. It is specifically designed to work in conjunction with electronic control drainage valves.

This product features customized specifications for actual working conditions, integrating functions such as fault detection, timed drainage, heating control, and pneumatic linkage. It supports convenient wiring through a dedicated interface, enabling intelligent management and control of the drainage process.

It can monitor the equipment status in real time, facilitating rapid fault detection, effectively ensuring the stable discharge of condensate water in the vehicle's air storage tank, and providing convenient operation, maintenance, and reliable performance.

Function Introduction

As the core component of the intelligent drainage control system, the auto controller for drain valve is capable of precisely and comprehensively managing the entire drainage process.

It supports timed automatic drainage of the electrically controlled drainage valve and allows for flexible setting of the drainage cycle based on actual working conditions.

Additionally, it has the control function for the heating mechanism to effectively prevent pipe freezing in low-temperature environments.

This controller can also monitor the air pressure data in real time and intelligently determine and control the opening and closing of the drainage valve based on the air pressure value.

By combining multiple control logics, it can meet the needs of automated and intelligent drainage management in various scenarios, significantly enhancing the stability and convenience of drainage operations.

Instructions for Use

The installation and wiring of this product are straightforward. Its main control interface uses the 16P specification and is modelled as 174046-2, which can be directly connected to the matching wiring harness to complete the basic setup.

During the assembly of the "Intelligent Drainage Valve Controller", simply connect the controller to the electric drainage valve through the dedicated wiring harness to achieve the basic drainage control function.

To enable the automatic heating on/off function, a temperature sensor must be connected through the 12P auxiliary interface (model 174045-2). After completing all the line connections, this product will reliably ensure the automatic drainage of condensate from the vehicle's air storage tank.
