The supply and delivery have been completed successfully, providing reliable gas pipeline component support for local public transportation operations.
The BRT system in Tanzania, as a key urban public transportation project in the local area, has strict requirements for the reliability and environmental adaptability of vehicle components. The high-temperature and high-humidity operating environment in Africa is prone to cause condensation water to accumulate inside the air tanks of buses, which in turn leads to corrosion of the tank body, corrosion of the gas pipeline, and jamming of valve components, directly affecting the driving safety and operation cycle of the buses.
Jiedeng mechanical vehicle-mounted air tank drainage system is specially developed to address the problem of water accumulation in the gas lines of commercial vehicles. It can automatically discharge the condensate water from the air tank, reducing the corrosion of the tank body and damage to the pneumatic components caused by water accumulation, lowering the probability of vehicle failures and the cost of subsequent maintenance, and enhancing the operational stability of the vehicle's pneumatic system.
For the local working conditions in Africa, the product has undergone environmental adaptability verification and can be adapted to complex road conditions and climatic conditions, meeting the actual usage requirements of BRT buses with their high-frequency and long-duration operation.
