In response to the harsh working conditions of the air tank, such as high-pressure water accumulation, large temperature fluctuations, and frequent opening and closing, this Solenoid controlled drain valve has established a triple precision sealing protection system.

All process parameters are quantitatively controllable, effectively preventing water leakage, air leakage, and sealing failure. 1. Threaded locking seal: The threaded parts of the valve body and valve core are evenly coated with a special high-temperature resistant locking agent. The coating thickness is strictly controlled within 0.08-0.12mm. After curing, it can withstand an 8-bar high-pressure impact and prevent thread loosening and leakage.

2. Motion pair lubrication protection: The moving contact surfaces of the valve body are coated with long-lasting and anti-aging lubricating grease, suitable for an extremely wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. 3. High-precision radial seal: The key sealing grooves are processed by precision milling. The tolerance of the groove body is controlled within ±0.01mm. Automated precise sealing technology

The sealing process of the product coil and lead holes adopts an industrial-grade fully automatic AB glue encapsulation equipment throughout the process. It eliminates the uncertainty of manual encapsulation and establishes a standardized and data-based encapsulation procedure to ensure the electrical insulation, waterproof and dustproof performance of the product.

All process parameters are traceable and verifiable, and an electrical performance test report is provided upon leaving the factory.

Core standardized process

Firstly, a 5-minute, 0.1MPa vacuum degassing treatment is carried out to completely eliminate micro-bubbles within the gel, preventing cracking, water seepage and leakage of electricity in the later high-temperature and high-pressure environment.

Secondly, the quantitative and precise gel dispensing mode is activated, with the dispensing volume error controlled within ±0.5g, ensuring a full and seamless sealing without any gaps or overflow of the gel, and a 100% coverage of the sealing.

The equipment is equipped with an intelligent anti-dry-burning and waste gel removal mechanism, which automatically cleans the ineffective gel upon shutdown and restart, eliminating residual gel that may affect the sealing effect.

At the same time, it is also equipped with a fully automatic cleaning and smart tannin water replenishment system, with no human intervention throughout the process.

Q1: Why can't the electronically controlled timed drain valve drain water automatically after installation?

A: First, check if the voltage is compatible and the wiring is secure; second, check if the pressure of the air tank reaches the 0.3MPa working threshold. If it has not been used for a long time, you can slightly clean the impurities in the valve body filter. After a normal installation and matching, it will automatically drain water at regular intervals.

Q2: Is it normal if there is a slight air leakage during the use of the product?
